Step One: Discovery

The Etrana management team works with each customer to understand the customer's needs and define the project. This phase allows Etrana to become familiar with the customer's business processes and organizational structure, as well as the company's goals, timing, and priorities. Importantly, Etrana uses this phase to begin interviews with all project stakeholders, including franchisees/members and suppliers.

Step Two: Planning

With the Discovery stage complete, a Project Team is established including both Etrana and customer representatives. The team creates milestones, implementation deadlines, and determines the responsibilities of various team members. A meeting schedule is also created to ensure continuous communication and coordination.

Step Three: Kick-off

The kick-off phase initiates the project plan. At an All-Team kick-off meeting, the project team reviews the project scope, goals, milestones, and responsibilities.

Step Four: Pre-launch

 |
In the pre-launch stage, the project team configures and tests the customized client solution. In the case of our supplier extranet solutions, this phase also involves working with suppliers to integrate their product and pricing information into the system. At this stage, our Client Services Group also develops a program to build franchisees/members.

Step Five: Launch

Etrana is committed to delivering your solution as promised, on time. As part of the launch phase, our team assembles orientation and training programs for all your users. We recognize the extent of the technology adoption challenge, and work with you every step of the way.

Step Six: Post-launch

Post-launch, Etrana continues to deliver total customer satisfaction and franchisee/supplier support. Additionally, the Etrana project team is always available to work with customers to identify and discuss new business requirements and solutions.
