Project Description: Glencoe/McGraw Hill wanted to bring their popular book-based "Writer's Assistant" learning program up to date with an interactive CD. There were two versions of the application, one for high school and one for middle school. The applications let students learn language arts through assisted writing projects which were then saved so teachers could grade them. Responsibilities: Lead Programmer: Migrated all existing code from the high school disk to the middle school disk cleaning up any bad code on the way. Assistant Programmer: Assisted in lingo programming of high school disk. Co-ordinated off-site programming consultants and integrated their work into the project while excerisizing version control.
