PEOPLE Magazine, ("Sponsor"), whose address is 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020, is co-sponsoring an Online Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") with Subaru of America, Inc., 2235 Route 70 West Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, & Wash. DC, age 18 and older with online access as of 5/31/02. To enter the sweepstakes, log on to www.subarusweepstakes.com and complete and submit the online survey/entry form. To qualify for a chance to win, your survey/entry must be received between 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on 5/31/02 and 11:59 PM (ET) on 7/1/02. Limit: one entry per person. Prizes and their Approximate Retail Values (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize: A two day, two night trip for two to New York City. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare to/from winner's primary residence to/from major commercial airport, two nights luxury double occupancy hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined by sponsors), transport to/from airport, brunch for two at Balthazar, dinner for two at Tabla, gift certificate for two for cocktails at The Park, two tickets to off-Broadway show, De La Guarda, a $1,000 voucher towards a shopping spree in SoHo (exact stores to be determined by sponsors). ARV: $4,500, depending on location of winner and fares at time of departure. Parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor. Travel subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. Except as listed herein, airfare, ground and other transportation is not included. Any state and local government surcharges, and all taxes (sales, income, airport, value-added and other), gratuities, incidental expenses, licenses, registrations, port charges, telephone calls, fees or charges for changing dates, travel insurance premiums, transportation and other costs and expenses relating to Sweepstakes and use or acceptance of these prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
