Rescue Dog Photography

Almost every weekend, you can find me rolling around on the floor taking photos of rescue dogs. I started doing this over 5 years ago and haven’t stopped. I have now been given the title of Lead Dog Photographer for Independent Animal Rescue in Durham, NC. It’s an honor and I can’t say how much I love to do this.

I love the challenges of this kind of photography. I never know what the location will be like, what kind of training the dogs have or what the weather will be. In spite of all the unknowns, making it work no matter the obstacles is the biggest reward.
